Mr. Cevallos is the co-founder of Cevallos & Wong, LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation.

Mr. Cevallos was admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York in 2001. He was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2002, and was admitted to practice before the State Courts of New Jersey in 2002. He was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court in 2005. Mr. Cevallos is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit; the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania; the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey; the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York; the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
Most recently, Mr. Cevallos was admitted to practice before the local and federal courts of the United States Virgin Islands, and is expected to be admitted to practice before the District Court of Puerto Rico in early 2010. Cevallos & Wong plans to expand its Caribbean presence in 2010 with a new office.
Mr. Cevallos received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature in 1997 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from The University of Notre Dame School of Law in 2000. While at Notre Dame, Mr. Cevallos served as an officer of the Notre Dame Hispanic Law Students’ Association.
Bar Association Positions
Mr. Cevallos is a board member of the Hispanic Bar Association, and a board member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.
Mr. Cevallos has been an adjunct professor of Undergraduate Sociology at St. Joseph’s University, and as an intern mentor for the Undergraduate Criminal Justice Program at LaSalle University. Mr. Cevallos is currently the adjunct professor of Health Care Law; Health Care Ethics; Urban Health Care; Social Justice in Health Care; Health Care Politics; Development of World Health Care; Health Care Policy; Evolution of Health Care in the U.S.; and Advanced Health Care Ethics.
Mr. Cevallos has appeared as a legal CLE instructor for legal ethics and professional responsibility.
